Attorney Jonathan Asher is the firm’s real estate law and dispute resolution expert. With eleven years of experience, he has successfully represented clients in an array of transactions and disputes, including commercial leases, commercial foreclosure and lien priority litigation, quiet title actions and deed of trust litigation. He is also a member of the Virginia Beach Bar Association and serves as the president of the Wythe Area Business Association, where he works to create economic opportunities for local businesses.
For family law matters, which often require the utmost sensitivity and understanding, Attorney Dominika Volfovska is the firm’s primary contact.
